The 1K Fun Run and the 5K Walk/Run wind through Trinity Park. The 5K is a USATF certified course. Course map.
The 5K race is timed using the MYLAPS BibTag Timing system. To be timed, just select the 5K Timed event when registering for the race. There is a timing fee of $3.
Designated race parking is located at FWISD Farrington Field, 1501 N University, 76107. A parking map is available here.

Race Day Packet Pickup is for emergencies and out of town participants only.
How do I register? Please note, we are going paperless! For your convenience you can register online through race day! If you plan to register at Luke’s Locker or at the event you will be asked to enter your information on computer kiosks!
How do I register a team? For online registration, select either the Teams tab or the K-12 Schools Teams Tab under Register. Team members will need to know their Team name and Team Captain to complete the process. Please note to be considered a School Team you must be organized on behalf of a K-12 school. To be eligible for Largest School Team award over ½ of team members must be youth from the school. You may register your team using either paper entry forms or through online registration. For paper entry forms, each team member needs to complete a form and the Team Captain submits the forms together along with payment to The Women’s Center. Download a Team Roster for more details on forming a team.
What is the deadline for submitting a team? All teams must be registered by Monday, March 23.
I am collecting donations to support The Women’s Center. Where and how do I turn in the contributions? Complete a 2016 Be A Fundraiser form. You may bring the form and donations to The Women’s Center the week of the race (April 4th – 8th) or bring the form and donations on race day to the Donations Tent. For helpful tips on fundraising click here!
Can I fundraise online by creating a personal fundraising page and bring in donations that I have collected? Yes. We will combine the total of your online fundraising with what you have collected to determine prizes.
When will the fundraising winners be announced? We will announce the winners and hand out prizes at the race.
Are strollers allowed at the race? Strollers are permitted, but must start at back of race. For the safety of all participants, pets, rollerblades and bikes are not allowed. Thank you for your cooperation.
I have a conflict and cannot make the race. Can I get a refund? Unfortunately, we are unable to give refunds. All t-shirts and goodie bags must be picked up prior to the race.
I heard you will take used mobile phones at VOV? Yes, bring your used wireless phones, batteries and accessories from any wireless provider to Packet Pickup at Luke’s, or to the Information tent at VOV on April 9th, and you can help survivors of violence.
