The 1K Fun Run and the 5K walk/run wind through Trinity Park. The 5K is a USATF certified course. See Map.
Strollers are permitted, but must start at back of race. For the safety of all participants, pets, rollerblades and bikes are not allowed. Thank you for your cooperation.
The 5K race is timed using the Chrono Track timing system. To be timed, just select the 5K Timed event when registering for the race. There is a timing fee of $3.
Designated race parking is located at FWISD Farrington Field, 1501 N. University, 76107. A parking map is available here.

Race Day Packet Pickup is for emergencies and out of town participants only.
How do I register? You may (1) register online, (2) mail an entry form to The Women’s Center by March 31, or (3) register in person at Luke’s Locker during Packet Pickup April 9th – 11th. A Spanish-language entry form is also available.
How do I register a team? You may register a team using either entry forms or through online registration. For paper entry forms, each team member needs to complete a form and the Team Captain submits the forms together along with payment to The Women’s Center. For online registration, follow the Team tab under Register. Team members will need to know their Team name and Team Captain to complete the process. What is the deadline for submitting a team? All teams must be registered by Monday, March 31.
I am collecting donations to support The Women’s Center. Where and how do I turn in the contributions? Complete a Be a Fundraiser form. You may bring the form and donations to The Women’s Center the week of the race (April 7th – 11th) or bring the form and donations on race day to the Donations Tent. For helpful tips on fundraising click here!
Can I fundraise online by creating a personal fundraising page and bring in donations that I have collected? Yes. We will combine the total of your online fundraising with what you have collected to determine prizes.
When will the fundraising winners be announced? We will announce the winners and hand out prizes at the race.
I have a conflict and cannot make the race. Can I get a refund? Unfortunately, we are unable to give refunds. All t-shirts and goodie bags must be picked up prior to the race.
I heard you will take used mobile phones at VOV? Yes, bring your used wireless phones, batteries and accessories from any wireless provider to Packet Pickup at Luke’s, or to the Information tent at VOV on April 12th, and you can help survivors of violence.
